Being a writing guru presupposes having excellent writing skills. If you are not satisfied with your writing skills, there are a lot of different techniques, which will help you become a writing guru.
Writing may be sometimes very boring, since it is requires a lot of attention. There are some people, which cannot pull their thoughts and ideas together, which leads then to bad writing. You should pay special attention to spelling, grammar and punctuation; the choice of the words and the structure of the sentence also play a very important role in the writing process.
To take pleasure from writing you should provide your own thoughts and ideas. It is evident that writing is a self-expression. Writing reflects your vision of the world and the way you perceive it.
Who of us has not ever had to write a composition on the topic: “What were my summer holidays like?” To tell the truth every time I hear this topic I become very angry. Do not the teachers have some other topics, which are much more interesting for students? I think they do. To my mind hatred to the writing assignments came from this task.
As you can see, to become a writing guru you should forget all the tiresome and boring writing tasks you have ever had to complete and start taking pleasure from it. Choose the topic, which will interest you most and bravely unburden your thoughts on paper. As has been said writing is a self-expression, so, you do not have to resort to some additional material. Only if you are carrying out some research and you need for information about the topic.
